Man recovering after being shot in the back in Hollygrove

The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Monday in the Hollygrove neighborhood. The victim was taken to the hospital and there is no word on his condition.
. The incident occurred during an altercation between police and individuals.
