Former LSU receiver Zavion Thomas has been making waves during the pre-draft process, with his versatility and ability to impact the game from special teams to outside receiver to slot receiver, to even running back. Thomas met with the Saints, where he was impressed with their receivers coach Keith Williams and said playing for his hometown team would be a dream. His primary goal for representing John Ehret and the metro area is to inspire children in the NFL. The New Orleans native is currently projected to be a day three pick.
