RoseMarie Terenzio, Kennedy's executive assistant during the last five years of his life and a friend of the Bessettes, reveals that Kennedy trusted Lauren's judgment and felt Lauren had good insights. TerenZio, now a publicist in New York, has written two books about her time with Kennedy and his wife, Carolyn, highlighting Lauren's level-headedness and intelligence. Lauren had recently been made a principal when she died.
