The partnership aims to create a system that focuses on discounted prescriptions, home delivery, and streamlined processing. The companies believe the current model of pharmacy benefit managers (PBM), which negotiate drug prices for insurers and employers, is too complex and costly. The collaboration will integrate Cost Plus Drugs' digital platform, SwiftyRx, into CenterWell's operations.
