Jeff Bridges wins Democratic nomination in Colorado treasurer's race

State Sen. Jeff Bridges (D-Greenwood Village) won the Democratic nomination for the state treasurer, winning 44% of the vote at the Democratic Party assembly. His two opponents, John Mikos and Brianna Titone, failed to reach the 30% threshold to qualify for the primary election ballot. Bridges pledged to use the position to fight against President Trump and the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights.
