Waycross police have charged 29-year-old Brandon Dale Frick with murder after a shooting that left a man dead. The victim, identified as 35-year old Jacob Garrett Cothern, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Frick was reportedly armed and attempting to flee the scene but was taken into custody by police. The investigation is ongoing.
