2 Uber Veterans Just Raised $27 Million to Change the Way You Maintain Your Home Forever

Two former employees of Uber, Michael York and Michael Mizrahi, have raised $27 million for their subscription-based home service and repair platform, Casa. The founders are alumni of both the company and its founder, Travis Kalanick. They credit their experiences with shaping their thinking about delivering real-world services through software platforms. The company is now coming out of stealth after about two years of development.
