Diarra Bousso, the founder of DIARRABLU, a fashion brand that uses creative mathematics and AI to reduce textile waste by over 60%. Prior to launching the brand, Boussoon traded over $1 billion in assets on Wall Street before stepping aside to pursue her passion for math. She earned an undergraduate degree in applied mathematics, economics, and statistics from Macalester College and later earned a master’s degree in mathematics education from Stanford University. Bousho applied her knowledge to launching DIARraBLU in 2019. The brand is now being sold at Bloomingdale”s, Shopbop, and Stitch Fix, and has customers in over 100 countries.
