Borchet is set to headline the Commanders' NFL draft party at Nortdhwest Stadium on Thursday. He credits Maryland's musical mix, including a love of DMV hip-hop, for giving his sound an edge. A new album, "Watertown," is set for release this summer and aims to further expand the genre's geography and storytelling.
