A report by digital company Adobe has found that one mistake in which a worker or two employees makes a decision to quit, leading to 14% resignation. The study also found that younger workers feel differently about the feedback process. Nearly half of the 1,000 full-time staff surveyed said they deliberately delayed delivering necessary feedback due to concerns about their recipient's reaction. The data indicates that low quality feedback is a cause of burnout for 43% of the workers surveyed and that it has led to a decrease in productivity.
