The unidentified unidentified man is accused of sexually assaulting a man named as Qusai Abu al-Egyptian. The incident occurred in the middle of the night and was captured on camera. The alleged assault is part of a larger trend of violence towards Palestinians in the West. However, few arrests have been made for the crime.
