Robert Carradine, a Lizzie McGuire alum, died by suicide at the age of 71 on February 23. His death certificate revealed that he died in the hospital at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. His remains have since been cremated and his ashes were scattered at sea. His family confirmed his passing on Feb. 23, sharing that he had struggled with bipolar disorder for nearly 20 years and hoped his journey would raise awareness about mental illness. His brother actor Keith Carradin also expressed his pride in his brother's struggle and said there was "no shame" in having bipolar disorder. Following his death, Robert was remembered by his former girlfriend Jamie Lee Curtis.
