Newport News has announced a lineup for its city-backed Memorial Day Weekend festival, named Noodle – The Thinkers Convention. The event will feature pop, hip-hop artists Chance The Rapper, CeeLo Green, Jermaine Dupri and Styles P. Other notable performers include entrepreneur Daymond John, FUBU founder and investor on ABC's "Shark Tank," and Google's Megan Henshall. The festival will be held at the University of Virginia.
