A Manassas woman, Susan Minor, died after she hit a median while passing at a high rate of speed and then veered into oncoming traffic, resulting in a head-on collision with another SUV. The other vehicle driver, a 63-year-old Manassassas man, and two passengers, were taken to area hospitals with serious injuries. The crash occurred shortly before 3 p.m.
