US airports are seeing shorter wait times at airports across the country, with JFK and Houston reporting shorter waits. However, LaGuardia Airport still faces delays of up to two hours. This comes after US President Donald Trump signed an emergency directive ordering payment to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers. The directive came after Republicans in the US House rejected a bill to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Despite the shorter airport lines, US airline stocks continue to drop.
