The Maricopa County Human Services Department reported that the total operating cost of the Heat Relief IGAs for 2023 was $1,755,088. The cost of these IGAs is also a significant cost for the homeless and those without air conditioning. The forecasted temperatures will be above normal across much of the West, including Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
