New York-based startup, Edra, has emerged from stealth with a $30 million Series A led by Sequoia, with participation from 8VC and A*, the venture firm founded by Kevin Hartz. The company claims to be able to streamline workflows using existing operational data, which is often overlooked by the public. It uses this data to identify useful data for IT service management and customer support.
