Van Daele Homes has purchased the land needed for a housing development in the Bishop Ranch neighborhood in San Ramon for $11.1 million. The company plans to develop 64 townhomes on the 3.6-acre property. The purchase was made through an affiliate of Sunset Development, a vision for the principal owner and developer of the neighborhood. As many as 8,000 homes are expected to be built at Bishop Ranch in the coming years.
