The weather is expected to be the hottest day of the year for the year in Central Florida since mid-August, with a record high of 98 degrees. The heat will intensify further tomorrow with temperatures set to reach near 96 degrees. Despite a mild start on Wednesday, relief is expected for Friday afternoon, but temperatures are expected to peak by mid-Friday afternoon. Despite this, temperatures are predicted to reach 93 degrees in Orlando, with high winds expected to continue throughout the day. The forecast also includes thunderstorms and severe weather warnings.
