Martin called the employee to meet face-to-face and read the video on his smartphone. The employee attempted to explain that he had previously apologized for the video, but Martin responded by saying he only saw the video two weeks ago and would only accept an apology if he saw it back then. Martin also posted a video of the confrontation on his Instagram feed defending those who've been teased for stuttering.
