Pro-Palestinian protesters have gathered outside a New York synagogue for the second time in six months to protest an Israeli real estate event featuring properties for sale in the occupied West Bank. The demonstration was held by the same group, Pal-Awda. The New York City Council has passed legislation restricting demonstrations near religious institutions and requiring police to establish plans for buffer zones during these protests. The event, known as The Great Israeli Real Estate Event, aims to help foreign buyers buy property in Israel and subsequently relocate there.
