Boy, 14, arrested in e-bike hit-and-run that left elderly man fighting for life

An 81-year-old Orange County man is fighting for his life after being hit by a 14-year old boy riding an off-road electric motorcycle. The incident occurred near the intersection of Toledo Way and Ridge Route Drive in Lake Forest. The suspect fled the scene and witnesses identified him. The victim is currently in critical condition.
