Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has appointed Dustin Hilliary to the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, pending confirmation by the state legislature. Hilliary had been considered to replace Sen. Markwayne Mullin, who was chosen to replace him with another candidate.
