The annual seasonal yard waste collection service is provided by the Village of North Carolina at no additional cost. Residents are urged to use 32-gallon paper yard waste bags and place their items at their regular trash and recycling pickup locations before 7 a.m. on the day of the service. There is a 10-bag limit for each collection. The service will also provide an option for disposing of leaves, trimmings, and other yard debris.
