Asif Kapadia is set to complete the final chapter of the landmark British TV docuseries, "7 Up", which began in 1964 and charted the lives of 10 boys and four girls aged seven. The series has been directed by Michael Apted, who will pass away in 2021. Kapadia, known for his work as a documentarian, will take over the role for the final two-part instalment, "70 Up" for ITV. The final two episodes will see the participants as pensioners and retirees, reflecting on their lives. The show is set for air later in 2026.
