Xona's $170m flight, Blackstone's UAE bet, and Herbalife's bloody buy

Venture Capital has reported that Xona, a California-based network of small satellites for navigation, raised $170m in Series C funding. Other notable companies include ORAN Development, a radio access networks company, Tazapay, a Singaporean cross-border payment infrastructure provider, and Conntour, an SF-based AI search engine for security video systems. Blackstone invested $250m into ADGT, a UAE-based payments infrastructure platform, with other backers including Raya Holding, NRT Technology, and Sightline Payments. Other startups include Payy, a stablecoin startup, and Aurora Hydrogen. Herbalife (NYSE: HFL) agreed to pay $150m for the assets of Bioniq, a London provider of personalized supplements using blood testing.
