Disney has removed a popular character from its new Disney Adventure cruise ship, Captain Jack Sparrow, from its entertainment lineup. The move is part of the company's expansion into the Asian market, with plans to nearly double its ship fleet from seven to 13 by 2031 as part of a larger $12 billion investment. The character show "Captain Jack Sparrow & The Siren Queen" was initially intended to be a featured performance on the Disney Imagination Garden Stage inside the ship's indoor courtyard. However, it has been removed from the cruise line.
