Festival prepares for safety in hot weather

Sonic Temple is set to host a record-breaking crowd of 185,000 people over the four days, expected to be Columbus' warmest weekend of the year. Organizers and local first responders are working together to ensure the safety of everyone during the event. Planning began as soon as last year's festival ended. Temperatures are expected to reach near 80 degrees on Saturday and into the eighties on Sunday. There is a chance for storms on Saturday, but organizers urge fans to stay mindful of the weather conditions.
