Attorney General Yost suing Brecksville online model train seller for failing to deliver products

Attorney General Yost has filed a lawsuit against Chase D. Wheeler, a man from Brecksville, Ohio, for failing to deliver on his promise to customers' demands of payment for collectible model trains. The lawsuit alleges that Wheeler accepted full payment from the manufacturer, but never delivered the products. The Consumer Protection Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office first received complaints about this business in August 2025.
