Police are searching for the driver who killed a 44-year-old man on the Upper East Side in a hit-and-run collision early on Friday morning. The incident occurred near the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 61st Street. Despite not stopping to cross, the driver of the unknown vehicle fled the scene and was found with severe body trauma.
