2 charged after missing woman found dead in Henry County, Missouri

Two men are facing charges in connection with the disappearance and suspected killing of Janice Cook, a missing woman in Henry County, Missouri. Billy Ray Tabor, 70, is charged with first-degree murder and abandonment of a corpse, while Colby Dean Eisel, 39, faces a charge of abandonment and is being held on a $250,000 cash-only bond. The case began in early April when Cook was reported missing and her vehicle was found abandoned days later in a rural part of Johnson County. The sheriff's office said evidence and witness statements indicated Cook was killed and her body was hidden on private property.
