Offices and ‘cake shakes’: Developer breaks ground on new commercial center in Las Vegas

Las Vegas developer Scott Goldstein has broken ground on a new commercial complex in the northwest Las Vegas Valley, with plans for a two-story, roughly 34,000-square-foot office building and a standalone milkshake spot from Nothing Bundt Cakes co-founder Dena Tripp. The project site is located near the Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center campus. Despite site work being underway, Goldstein aims to finish the office building by year's end.
