Louise Vergette's home in Bristol featured on episode two of the BBC series, Secret Garden, which is narrated by Sir David Attenborough. The series explores how gardeners can contribute to saving struggling species in different gardens across the UK. Vergete, who has carefully cultivated her garden to attract wildlife, described the experience as "extraordinary". The series was made after Vergett's partner, also a wildlife filmmaker, released a video of their home during a lockdown. The show was filmed over several months and revealed a host of animals' lives, from birds competing at feeders to foxes asserting their territory.
