Marco Dinges, one of the top Brewers prospects, is set to play in Friday's Spring Breakout game against the Mariners. Dinges was diagnosed with a rare disease called HLH in the spring of 2023, after a month of sleep-deprived nights and 104-degree fevers due to sleep deprivation and high fever. His aunt and uncle, Dr. William Burak, an oncologist at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, helped secure his diagnosis. Despite his health setback, Dinges regained strength and played at Florida State and is now ranked No. 10 on MLB Pipeline's Top 30 Brewers prospects list.
