Convenience store giant, Sheetz, is offering free rides on the region's light-rail lines and the Monongahela Incline during the NFL Draft between April 23-25. The move is part of a broader effort to encourage people to avoid driving to the event. The cost of these services will be between $175,000-$200,000.
