Overland Park man arrested after stabbing snorkel-tour guide in Hawaii

Police in Hawaii have arrested 21-year-old man, Avery Nissen, for stabbing the captain of a fishing boat at sea. The incident occurred at Honokōhau Harbor where the fishing boat was returning from a snorkel tour. Nissens was restrained by other passengers and remains in a stable condition. The motive for the attack remains unknown.
