Police in New Jersey have arrested six people accused of stealing dirt bikes from a ring that searched social media sites for potential locations and would then break into them. The operation was conducted through an undercover sting led by police who posted a decoy social media advertisement showing a dirt bike being stored in Monroe Township. The suspects were identified through a surveillance system and two individuals were taken into custody. One car used in the operation was reported stolen from New York City and contained an altered vehicle identification number.
