Tens of thousands of Northeast Ohio customers still without power after destructive windstorm

A windstorm that knocked out hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses in Northeast Ohio has left over 54-thousand FirstEnergy customers still without power. About 1,100 customers in Beachwood may not have power restored until Monday evening. In Brunswick, a large tree was destroyed by wind gusts of 70 miles per hour or greater, and a portion of a power line remained entangled in the tree's stump. Duane Risko, of Miner Drive in Brunswick, said he watched a tree fall from his front lawn and was thankful no one was hurt. As of 10:20 p.m.
