Michigan will host unranked Ohio State in the 2026 Big Ten Hockey Tournament final on March 21 at Yost Ice Arena in Ann Arbor. The game will be televised on Big Ten Network at 8 p.m. ET. No. 3/3 Michigan State will wait until March 22 to learn its NCAA Tournament plans after losing to Ohio State 3-2 in overtime. This is Michigan's fourth overall tournament title and their first since winning back-to-head in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons. The Wolverines are currently ranked No. 1 in both major polls but were the No. 2 seed due to finishing behind MSU. If they lose to the underdog Buckeyes, they could drop out of the NCAA rankings.
