Detroit man, Caesar Cooper, is accused of leading two high-speed chases in Roseville, Michigan, while driving stolen cars. He was arrested on March 5 after allegedly being found with a stolen car and running away from police officers. The Macomb County Sheriff's Office recovered several stolen vehicles, including a 2023 BMW 760i from New Jersey, 2025 BMW 740i from Detroit and a Ram RHO from the Stellantis Jefferson North Assembly Plant.
