A bicyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident in Laredo, Texas, on April 30. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Elvia Ivette Gonzalez, left the scene with head injuries and was taken to Laredos Medical Center with serious injuries. Police found the vehicle and identified it as the suspected vehicle. Additionally, Gonzalez was charged with an accident involving serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony.
