Longtime funeral home adapts to changing industry

Wendell Naylor, the owner of M.J. Edwards Riverdale Life Celebration Center in Southeast Memphis, has opened the center in May to celebrate life in all aspects, beginning to end, and capitalize on the industry's evolution. The center hosted three birthday parties and 10 funerals in two months after opening. So far, Naylor says it has been successful.
