The $80 million renovation of the Carville Park Apartments in Reno, Nevada, is nearing completion. The project was completed after construction began in late 2024 and is expected to be completed by the end of June. Funding for the project was provided by the Nevada State Infrastructure Bank and investment from Northern Nevada labor unions. The site was built in 1978 by the Northern Nevada Building and Construction Trades Council and is still operated by the group.
