Jackie Chan is set to film "Armour of God IV: Ultimatum" in Kazakhstan, marking his first production in the Central Asian region. The film is directed by Robert Kun and produced by Salem Entertainment, with a worldwide release set to take place in the second quarter of 2027. The project is backed by Alem Fund, an Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC)-registered fund, to raise the international profile of Kazakhstan-linked film and media projects. This is the first title to go into production from the fund's current portfolio of six projects.
