Suspect charged, held without bail in alleged deadly stabbing in Kihei

James E. Moser, 36, has been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing his father, also named James, at a home in Kihei, Maui. Despite attempts to save him from the knife, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His bail was initially set at $500,000, but the judge granted the prosecution's request for no bail.
