Biden administration officials may have violated the law by concealing small business loans to Planned Parenthood, according to Sen. Joni Ernst (R-Iowa). The Small Business Administration (SBA) disbursed and forgave loans to the abortion provider, despite the agency deeming it not a small business that would be eligible. Top officials, including Biden SBA Administrator Isabella Guzman, used the words Planned Parenthood with "Benghazi" in emails. Ernst has asked the Department of Justice to investigate these officials under a statute that prohibits attempts to conceal a federal record. Under SBA rules, entities that are “affiliated” with a larger entity are not small businesses.
