Healthgrades, a platform that helps people find doctors and hospitals, has awarded 2026 Outstanding Patient Experience Awards to 373 hospitals across 46 states. The awards recognise hospitals that prioritise high-quality, patient-centered care and ensure patients feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout the care journey. The top 15 percent of the list also included the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, which received an average of 94% patient experience rating, 27% above the national average. The award was awarded after an annual analysis of Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems patient survey data.
