Congress Street in downtown Tucson closed for emergency repairs

A major portion of Congress Street in downtown Tucson, Arizona, is closed for emergency repairs. The city is working to repair a damaged Overhead Catenary System pole used by the Sun Link Streetcar. A bus will be used during this time. The repairs will take place between 11 and 12.
