Mother charged with murder after her two children found dead inside home in Wellesley

Janette MacAusland, a 49-year-old mother, has been charged with two counts of murder after her children were found dead in a home in Wellesley, Massachusetts. The children, ages 6 and 7, were students in the Wellesley Public Schools. MacAustust is currently being held in Vermont on a fugitive from justice charge. The incident is being investigated by the Massachusetts State Police and the Norfolk District Attorney's Office.
