$200 million boost for Indiana Toyota plant to expand production

Toyota has announced a $1 billion investment in its Kentucky and Indiana manufacturing operations, with a $200 million investment to expand production capacity for the Grand Highlander in Princeton, Indiana. This move is part of a broader commitment made in November to invest $10 billion in Toyota's U.S. plants over five years. The announcement led to a 1.9% increase in the company's stock price.
